“Called in to talk to the owner about an issue I had with my oil change right away the owner tells me to bring my car in and they'll take care of it no problem so I did bring it in and after they did an inspection the owner came in and apologized for the issue and took care of it right then and there! “My van's emission monitors don't reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didn't work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So that's when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and they'll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I don't have to bring it in again, but if I do I won't even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.”

“Friendly staff. Quality work. They even cleaned the inside of my car afterwards.
My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.”
