“Had a really bad nail in my tire while driving up to my family's house during the holidays. Did a quick google search and it lead me to Pinole Goodyear. Despite some of the reviews I decided to give it a shot. Was greeted by Victor and Tim, who then helped me fix my tire and got me back on the road in a timely manner to not miss valuable time with my family. They were fairly price and made my issues feel important and heard. I would high recommend going here and asking for Victor or Tim.”

My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.”

“I've been dealing with owning a car in the east bay for decades, and so have had experience at quite a number of service places. Don's Tire comes out at the top - they can get pretty much any tire you'd like, and quickly, unlike so many shops, they underpromise and overdeliver. My experience has always been friendly, efficient, no nonsense service, with the car ready when promised, or sooner, and top quality workmanship. Prices are absolutely fair. I just wish more businesses could be like this one!”

“The staff here are all very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to up-sell or recommend unnecessary services which is very appreciated. They saved me time and money looking at my brakes and letting me know there are still several thousand miles left on their lifespan after having a dealership tell me I needed them replaced immediately and quoted me $300+ more for the brake replacement than Burrough & Sons. I will be back to have all my car repairs done here from now on.”

“Willie helped me out. My battery died while I was getting my transmission fluid changed, I have a parasitic phone charger that drains it and I left it in there by accident. He restarted my car with a portable battery charger and drain the fluid and replaced it. It was black definitely Time. They had me down as having visited the place before, which is strange cause I don’t remember going there. But he showed me the paperwork and it was somebody else’s name and address with my car. No it wasn’t before I owned it it was only two years ago. That is still a mystery. He did however top off my oil and my coolant, above and beyond. Super nice guy I will go back”

We brought my wife's Mini Cooper, which they said they could not service due to some custom part. I respect that they were honest about that and sent us to an official dealer instead. I wish the prices were lower, but they are going up like everything else these days.”

“My van's emission monitors don't reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didn't work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So that's when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and they'll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I don't have to bring it in again, but if I do I won't even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.”
