Selecta offers a very affordable Filipino lunch buffet, priced between $13.99 and $14.99, which reviewers note is great value and highly recommended. The food is described as very delicious, surprisingly tasty, and like a legit home cooked meal, with an awesome variety of Pinoy dishes including items like crispy dilis. The buffet is located alongside a mom and pop grocery store in a plaza with plenty of parking. The eating space is unique, more like an empty shop or warehouse, and lacks ambiance, providing a complete different experience that takes people back to a carendaria from the Philippines. Service is limited, but the owner and workers are noted as friendly and chatty. While the selection is sometimes called limited, the food is good and filling. The attached grocery area is described as not too up to date.
The first time I ate here it was later in the day and the food was just ok. The food was lukewarm and the meat was a little dry. I went back again at open and the food was much much better and I enjoyed it very much. Also the owner is very friendly and i had a nice conversation with him about my visit to the area.

The eating space wasn't what I expected - it's more of a empty shop/warehouse, very unique. Limited selection but good value AYCE; food was similar to Vietnamese rice dishes. Owner was chatty and friendly.
