Travis changed the mobile app that I was comfortable using. Now I cant access any of my accounts and when calling customer service I was put on a 19 minute hold 3x's . The NEW mobile upgrade is useless if you can't use it. Switch to Redwood C.C for better customer service & a better.all around banking experience.
