“I've had great customer service through the years at the Westamerica Vallejo branch. But recently, I had a dispute about a charge on my account. Alexis at the bank was very helpful. Explained the process to file a dispute. Kept following up with me as to what was happening. Today Alexis informed me that the credit had been posted to my account. Alexis is a valuable employee and a joy to work with.”
