“Outstanding customer service from Lewis! I rented a van for a few hours and it was brand new, clean, and so comfortable to drive. Lewis made the pick up process easy, even though I struggled with the app, he stepped in to get me on my way quickly. I returned after hours, using the key drop box. Overall a great experience - I’ll definitely rent from U-Haul again!”
“We had a great experience working with Reno! He was kind, knowledgeable and made quality suggestions as to which vehicle would be the best fit. We rent vehicles monthly for comp sports and this was arguably our least hasslesome experience of renting a vehicle. Thanks you guys!”

“I needed to move an appliance on Sunday. All Star isn’t open on Sunday’s so they told me “no problem, come get it on Saturday and return it before 9 on Monday and we’ll only charge you a one day rental””
