Gas price is also lower than other places.
This place has a place to buy food.
I noticed they have a new Salad Bar.

“Owner, Dave, has been contributing to the community since I can remember. He has donated ice and water for sports teams in the summer. He has hosted car washes for the school kids to raise funds. He gives free coffee to local mail carriers. He is a great guy.
His fuel station has a little ceaser's pizza, autoparts store, and a milk shake machine. I also get my propane here.”

“Accessibility: everything is flat ground and the doors going from outside at the pumps to inside are motion-activated.Experience: the store inside is WELL stocked with snacks and drinks but the gasoline is too expensive. The building is pretty and the woman working inside with pink hair is really nice. All the employees I have ever met here are super nice and professional.”
