Service is good staff very nice but if service goes down when they are closed there is no tech support! no no on call? Really!aservice provider. MY BAD, I JUMPED THE GUN TECH SUPPORT IS ON THE WAY

Very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented staff- both in the office and when they were in my home. So glad to have their help and advice- they know what they’re doing!! (And I sure don’t understand routers and satellites). I feel very lucky to have them as a local business! What an asset to the community!
