“First class Internet provider. You may receive more and faster band width elsewhere But, you will not receive customer service or reliability as OUTSTANDING as you will receive from Valley Center Wireless. I have been with them for about 6 years and could not be happier. In 6 years, I have lost Internet connectivity only twice with VC Wireless and neither time lasted more than an hour. Their price structure for the different plans available is very reasonable and less expensive than any other provider.

“After several days of intermittent service problems with my phone I visited the T Mobile store on Valley Parkway. I was instantly greeted by Arianna. We sat down and after answering several questions she checked my phone and replaced the Sim card. Rebooted and tested the phone and all is well again. The basic service was adequate, providing around 50Mbps down on average. Their service techs were friendly, polite and professional but customer service is closed on evenings and weekends. I have since moved on to better internet options which have become available in my area. SDBB filled the void for a number of years and I appreciate them for that.”
