“Came in here with my boyfriend to order our new bed, and we absolutely loved the customer service here. Oralia helped us and she made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed, we came in once to ask questions and look around then came back to make the final purchase. We also fell in love with this mini couch and she gave us a wonderful deal on it. We found the value to be good and the furniture seems to be well made. Also Jackie was helping as well and she made us feel welcome and offered us water! Now we wait for the delivery. I will update that as soon as it happens. Thank you! We definitely will be coming back here for all our furniture needs!

After the Eaton Canyon Fire, the salesman Arman work with us and was very patient as we made changes, but help us every step of the way. I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture.

“On Mother’s Day yesterday I visited the store with my mother and father and was greeted very kindly and professionally by the knowledgeable associate, Nathan. He was very attentive to all our needs and showed us many fragrances that we enjoyed. My mom absolutely loves the discounted fragrance, Kyoto, by the brand and I am always looking for a new Diptyque scent which resembles it for her. Upon asking Nathan if there are any scents which are similar, he immediately directed us to a scent from a new product like which my mom instantly adored and we purchased for her. Additionally, Nathan gave us a beautiful engraving for my mom on this bottle which includes new memories we plan to cherish that Nathan helped create. He also provided my dad and I with many samples which are superb! I will definitely be making the trip back soon to review excellent service by Nathan and the entire Grove LA Diptyque staff. “I wanted to write a follow-up to my original review, posted more than 10 years ago when I purchased the Henri Curving Vessel Studio Fountain (ref photo) from Reseda Discount Pottery & Fountains (RDP & F). Initially, we resided in Newbury Park (Ventura County) and in 2019, moved to Yucaipa (San Bernardino County). This becomes an important fact, in that after many years (in 2019) following its purchase, (RDP & F) arranged to come to our home in N.P. to break-down and transport our fountain, to our new home in Yucaipa; whereupon they reassembled, installed & made operational our fountain. Now, that fountain continues in service today, as it did the day it was initially installed. I should also mention that some 2-yrs following RDP & F transporting & re-installing our fountain in Yucaipa, they responded to my request to return and service the fountain by installing an upgraded pump system. Our years of experience with this company has been met with repeated courtesy, and professional, pro-customer service. They have been excellent, as has been the case with the wonderful fountain they sold to us so many years ago!”

I was unsure about the convertible sleeper sofas initially but was very impressed with what I saw at their showroom. The sofas LaContempo offer do not sacrafice comfort or durability for being convertible which I find is often the case.

I purchased a dining room table from him for a client that was made of wood that was Carbon dated at 40,000 years BC. His staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! If you are looking for truly beautiful pieces, and one-of-a-kind items, you need to check out this fabulous 'jewel of a design store' right in our own backyard.”

“Wonderful experience this morning buying a new Kosher mezuzah scroll. I brought in my mezuzah case, and he offered me some tape for the wall and trimmed it perfectly. He went above and beyond. To top it off, this place has very fair pricing. $55 for a scroll. Other places were quoting $85. Thank you They check mezuzahs for $10 each..”
