I didn't want to do anything fancy or get a new hose I just wanted to get it fixed and who help me with this issue was Mitch from plumbing very welcoming and very informed so if you have any issues always go to Mitch ( plumbing department} man needs a raise !!! Home Depot time to level him up or given a raise lol !!! He's one of the reasons why home Depot is a staple in the community !!!”
“Went here today looking for a 8044 standard size window. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews regarding customer service but boy I was wrong. They had a 8040 in stock and an employees stopped over to ask f I needed any help or had any questions. He told me any windows not in stock can be ordered and they provide a free estimate upfront. The gentleman upfront was very courteous and helpful. He gave me a quote and double checked everything before putting in an order. Will be coming here again. Customer service was top notch and the prices were fair.”
“I went in today for exchange a damaged drawer that I bought a week ago. they are so nice, no questions ask. Rosa asked Charlie to help me, he immediately say " yes". Rosa told me how to get the item and showed me the item number. I walked over and kind of lose because it's a big warehouse, Charlie opposed me with a my old damaged drawer and help me to pick out the right one. I am in and out within a few minutes.WoW!! 10 of 10. Thanks Charlie and Rosa. I am so appreciated for your help. Great employees!!”

“I was shopping at Home Depot the other day and was very impressed by one of the employees and his excellent customer service. Cesar (from the Garden department) was very helpful in pointing me towards what I was looking for in his department. Later, I was waiting for someone to help me in the Hardware department, and when Cesar walked by he noticed that I needed help and went out of his way to find someone to help me. He deserves all the praise and adoration! Thanks Cesar.”
“This review is for Lisa B. and Carter. 5 stars, 100% because.Lisa B. in the flooring section, was amazing.!!!!! She spent so much time with us, we had many questions regarding artificial turf. Now to Carter, assistant manager.when we first walked in the store my experience was not good.My husband and I went to the flooring department to look at the artificial turf. There were three employees talking, and not one acknowledged us after five minutes, I then said excuse me, may I speak to the manager one of the female says I'm an assistant manager, I said oh we've been standing here and no one helped us, she said oh I didn't see you there. Well, of course you did and your back was to us. To me she had an attitude so I asked for a store manager and she left and the store manager never came. I saw this gentleman who turned out to be an assistant manager, Carter, he helped us with a a lot of questions. He was amazing. He then turned us over to Lisa B to continue to help us because he had to attend another customer. Bravo to Home Depot for hiring two great people that have awesome customer skills. Home Depot. “So we had ordered an LG Ventless washer dryer tower from a competitor back in February. They kept telling us it was on order. We found it here on sale for less. Not only that, they had it in stock. The delivery guys actually came early and they were professional and good natured. On a side note, we originally didn't include the deleverage's team hooking it up. We went back to the store two days before the scheduled delivery and the associate was able to set it up. Bravo team HD!So yeah five stars”

“I love home depot they have everything. When you find someone to help you they can and will walk you to where you need to go show you the product and are able to explain in detail what its for and they will show you similar items cheaper.”
