“I just had my engagement ring resized in this place. This ring has a sentimental value, so I was hesitant trusting any jewelers. I tried looking for the best place where to go but unfortunately, most of the places I called/found were very pricey. Until I finally found this jewelry place across the Northridge Mall. I am happy to tell you that Mark, the owner, did a great job. I am very impressed with their professionalism and expertise in jewelry readjustment. In addition, they offer reasonable price for the service too. I highly recommend this place!”

“We loved our experience at VRAI. We went here for my engagement ring and had such a great experience, I was thrilled to get to go again to pick out our wedding bands. We had an appointment with Elan and he was so wonderful. He greeted us warmly and even had champagne for us to remind us what a celebratory event our engagement and wedding is. Elan was patient and never pressured us, though he did hype us up when we decided on our final bands. They didnt have a certain style I wanted to try in person, so Elan made a makeshift band using 3 other rings so I could still see the vision, which was so clever and helpful. I ended up picking that band and I love it so much, I don't even want to wait for our wedding to wear it!
Sustainability is a very important factor for me so I appreciate VRAI's transparency regarding sustainability on their website. I also feel like they have a lot of options and types of jewelry.
