Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!

Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. You got a customer for life, I got many more signs to print. Thanks guys!!!”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to Casita Postal on the recommendation of a UPS location when I told them my fingerprints had been rejected twice already. They said this location is really good and they usually send people here if they have problems. I went in today to see if she could help me. Immediately she tested out my prints and looked over the FBI rejection letter. She had no problems and said I should double check with the FBI before submitting a new application. The FBI service does not take resubmissions and I had already tried paper and the post office. I submitted a new application with the company she uses and showed up a few hours later for my appointment. She handled everything perfectly and I had an acceptance letter before I was even home! If you are having problems come here. She's knowledgeable and she's part of the FBI Channeler network. You will need to go through a third party to submit your application but it will be just as quick.”
