Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout. “If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”

The most important part is he did a fantastic job on the SUV and my husband was very pleased with the detailing.”

Anthony is amazing at his craft and is a super down to Earth and kind guy. He answered all of my questions (i had many), gave me suggestions accordingly, was super transparent throughout the process. He pointed out things on my paint that I never even noticed before, and then he made it look great. Also gave me good tips and suggestions on maintenance and he welcomes any future questions too. Ken's was able to work with me on a slight delay on picking up my car while I was on vacation. When I picked up my car it looked like brand new! “I came on here to get their address and realized that after all the years I've been coming here, I'd never written a review of them. THEY'RE THE BEST!!! I needed their address because I took my car to them because my check engine light came on. They immediately diagnosed the problem and instead of fixing it, they first checked to see if the repair was covered under the factory's warranty. They notified me and said they don't want to touch the car because doing so could effect the warranty the needed repair is very expensive and if I take it to the dealer I will not be charged for it - Thank heavens for them because the repair IS STILL covered under the warranty! They could have easily charged me a fortune for this expensive repair but they did everything possible to make sure my car is repaired properly and that they saved me as much expenses as possible - to be exact - this repair would have been about $4,000. - and because of the honesty and experience of the people at Sam's Autobody, it's going to cost me $0. This experience is just one in a long line of wonderful experiences I had with this company. I've used them for body and mechanical auto repairs for about 15 years and they have always taken wonderful care of me. I go there because I know they'll fix the problem, they're honest and if they're able to save me money they will. Thank you to all the guys at Sam's Autobody.”
