She guided me through the entire process and followed up with me every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. There were no hidden agendas—everything was honest, clear, and transparent.
I also want to recognize Arthur, the manager at this location. He is very thoughtful and extremely helpful. If there’s ever an issue or concern with the vehicle, he doesn’t hesitate to personally reach out, which really shows how much he cares about customer service.
The quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up my car, I couldn’t see any damage at all!! it looks completely brand new. Overall, this was a smooth and stress-free experience.
