This time, they went above and beyond by removing a stubborn stain from an expensive dress that I was sure was ruined. I was honestly amazed at the care and attention they put into it. “If you need tailoring or clothing alterations in Palms / West LA, this is the place to go. VIP Cleaners did an excellent job hemming six pairs of pants for me right before a trip with everything done on time and perfectly.
Tang was professional and thoughtful, and even suggested tapering the pants so they’d look better based on the outfit I was wearing that day which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about the fit and the final result.

This is a family owned business that are very welcoming and provide very nice and personal service. I've had to get things dry cleaned in a rush and they come through every time. “This has been my go to spot for laundry now since I’ve been recently staying in West LA. Lots of washing machines and dryers and tables to fold. I haven’t went and had to wait on a machine or table. Its open till late night. Prices are good. You do have to use a Card to pay to wash. It’s not the coin type of machines. The Staff are very friendly and helpful and keep the place super clean. Lots of big screen TVs and chairs to sit to watch. Vending machines with laundry supplies and also snack machines. Doris does an amazing job and has made me feel like I’m home washing clothes. Gracias Doris! ??”

“This place saved me in a pinch! My dress options for a wedding got delayed for delivery, so I ended up finding one in-store last minute and needed a 24 hour turnaround for a hem alteration.
Not only did they get me in at 8pm for my alteration but had 2 PIECES done for me by 1pm the next day. Yes there was a cost to the quick turnaround but so worth it for the convenience, reliability and quality of work. Will 100% be back, thank you!!!”
“I can’t recommend this place enough! I actually drive from El Segundo just to get my clothes tailored here, that’s how worth it they are. Chris is seriously the best, he really listens to what I want and always gets it right. Every time I bring something in, whether it’s pants, dresses, or jackets, he makes sure the fit is exactly how I imagined. You can tell he cares about the details and takes pride in his work.
What I also really appreciate is how fast they are. I’ve never had to wait long, and the work is always super clean. It’s hard to find a tailor who’s both quick and precise, but they somehow manage both.

“A funky and pleasant laundry mat. It is a coin-operated laundry, so come prepared with cash (1,5,10,20) or your own coins. The works are always friendly, and the owner is very accommodating to every client. They have carts for your laundry and also sell detergent, softener liquid and sheets, soap, and countless snacks. They don't have a bathroom, make sure you do your business before you head out. On top of all of that, they've shot many shows, commercials, and movies here. Our own little hidden jem.”

“Just wanted to thank Gregg for doing such an amazing job on my wedding dress! I found my dress at a thrift shop and I fell in love with it despite several stains and discoloration. Every other dry cleaner I took it to said they didn’t think they could get the stains out. Gregg told me he would try and worked for two weeks to remove the stains and re-hem my dress. He was true to the price he initially quoted me, though the time he down on making my dress like new was way over what he said it would be; I insisted for paying for the additional labor. He was so kind, he really wanted to help me and make my dress beautiful for my special day ? I highly recommend this business!”
