“I love this place and have been coming for years but it's getting increasingly annoying to do laundry here with the men who work nextdoor ALWAYS smoking right in front of the door. I say something and they just roll their eyes. I'm trying to clean my clothes, I don't want them smelling like cigarettes. I have a partner and mom who smokes, they don't do it in front of open doors of businesses, especially a laundromat.”
“I live down the street and come here all the time to do my laundry. Joyce is the best and is beyond helpful to me and the other patrons who come here. Laundry may technically be a chore for many of us humans but I truly look forward to coming in and seeing Joyce smile. The laundromat to me is a spiritual place where I can read a book and have a moment of peace with my community. Thank you Joyce for being so full of joy in here. We feel it!”
“Okay, not to be dramatic… but this dry cleaner is a magical wardrobe spa run by one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met, GREGORY!
The owner is a literal angel. He greets you like you’re an old friend or family member. Every visit is met with genuine warmth, like he actually cares about your clothes AND your trip to Japan AND your nails. Lol

for fashion so you can imagine all the crazy things that come out of my wardrobe and the depth in which I care about them. I would not leave my very precious clothes in the hands of ANY other dry cleaner shop. They do amazing work and they do it all in time. I really don’t know how but wow, am I grateful! I have had many many items tailored and cleaned over the years for myself and my family and have left with a smile on my face every. single. time.
Seriously—drop your clothes off here, and prepare to be emotionally attached to your dry cleaner. If I could give more stars, I’d form a constellation in their honor. ?????”

This time, they went above and beyond by removing a stubborn stain from an expensive dress that I was sure was ruined. I was honestly amazed at the care and attention they put into it. “If you need tailoring or clothing alterations in Palms / West LA, this is the place to go. VIP Cleaners did an excellent job hemming six pairs of pants for me right before a trip with everything done on time and perfectly.
Tang was professional and thoughtful, and even suggested tapering the pants so they’d look better based on the outfit I was wearing that day which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about the fit and the final result.

“This place saved me in a pinch! My dress options for a wedding got delayed for delivery, so I ended up finding one in-store last minute and needed a 24 hour turnaround for a hem alteration.
Not only did they get me in at 8pm for my alteration but had 2 PIECES done for me by 1pm the next day. Yes there was a cost to the quick turnaround but so worth it for the convenience, reliability and quality of work. Will 100% be back, thank you!!!”
“I can’t recommend this place enough! I actually drive from El Segundo just to get my clothes tailored here, that’s how worth it they are. Chris is seriously the best, he really listens to what I want and always gets it right. Every time I bring something in, whether it’s pants, dresses, or jackets, he makes sure the fit is exactly how I imagined. You can tell he cares about the details and takes pride in his work.
What I also really appreciate is how fast they are. I’ve never had to wait long, and the work is always super clean. It’s hard to find a tailor who’s both quick and precise, but they somehow manage both.

“Just wanted to thank Gregg for doing such an amazing job on my wedding dress! I found my dress at a thrift shop and I fell in love with it despite several stains and discoloration. Every other dry cleaner I took it to said they didn’t think they could get the stains out. Gregg told me he would try and worked for two weeks to remove the stains and re-hem my dress. He was true to the price he initially quoted me, though the time he down on making my dress like new was way over what he said it would be; I insisted for paying for the additional labor. He was so kind, he really wanted to help me and make my dress beautiful for my special day ? I highly recommend this business!”
