“Very reliable storage, quick and easy to move things in and out. They provide carts to move multiple bags, and the storage units are very secure. I'm a college student so this was close/convenient for me, rates are good and even the small unit was more than enough for my brother and I to store our things!”

“Erick , the manager, at the Extra Space storage, in my area is the best. I now have 2 storage units there. I have spoken to other employees and they are nice too, but I have a repor with Erick that's been for years. He always helps me out, is always kind, polite , and accommodating.It's a bit pricey I'm going to be honest, the bigger units anyway. However, I haven't shopped around so maybe they are competitive. I recommend the ONE I have unit(s) at anyway.”
“Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. On behalf of the RepairSmith team, thank you Mina and the Nova team for helping us keep our company running smooth.”

“Really good rates for such a very well secured facility. I will never use another storage place. No homeless problems. Very clean facility. Convenient garage parking access to get close to your unit for loading. The limited open hours can be a little hard to work around, but that's the exception you have to make for a very safe place to store your stuff downtown.”

“There are two Golden State Storage locations close to where I needed a storage service. I called the one slightly closer to me (I won't name that location). The guy on the phone was somewhat rude and practically hung up on me as I asked some questions. So, not wanting to do any business with that 1st introduction, I searched for another storage location. That's when I found Golden State Storage on Sepulveda. I am so happy I did. When I spoke to Peggy, she was kind and friendly. She gave me all the information I needed without any problems. She had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next business day. I met Sarah who was also amazing. I purchased a lock from them and was shown my storage unit. It was a simple and easy process. This facility just had some renovations completed which included a new security system, repainted office and a new rolling door on my unit. I am very pleased with the 4 months I have kept my belongings in this facility. Peggy and Sarah are true professional and run a great ship. They helped me thru a difficult time in my life as I transitioned from one place to another. I am happy to write this review and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someplace to store their belongings long or short term.”
“I’m sorry to say that I can’t recall the gentleman who helped me out, but he was so friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to personally show me every size unit I had questions about. This was about 4 hours ago from the time I’m writing this review, for context, so whoever’s shift it was at the time. Shout out to that guy!”

“I am moving into this new storage facility because my previous one has horrible customer service. I went in person to meet with the person who called me I am horrible with names but I think her name was Beth but let me say she was amazing and even though she was training someone she was professional and they both were helpful in the process of showing me the storage units and looking for the best location for myself. It was fast and easy. It was nice to see that they actually care about customer service and helping the tenants who have storage units. Both staff members were great and even though it was towards the end of the day they were still smiling and helpful. Looking forward to moving my stuff to the storage unit!”
