“I am a new renter at ExtraSpace storage. I had the privilege of speaking with Jocelyn. She was very professional very nice answered all my questions. She helped me with the app. She explained everything thoroughly from how to get in and out the gate from how to get to my unit about the locks about paying about increases. She didn’t leave anything out. I really appreciate that she was full of smiles and patience and their hours are absolutely extraordinary that makes it worth the price and it’s super close to my home so happy to have a new storage I plan on being here for years thanks again Jocelyn and also India at the call center. So far renting with extra space storage has been exceptional. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was like none I’ve experienced in a while in a good way.”

The entire location feels clean and secure every-time we are there.
All lockers are very easy to access by car. No stairs, no elevators, no tricky mazes.”

“We’ve been with Extra Storage in Burbank for several years and have always found our experiences there to be more than satisfactory. Both Amjad and Yolanda are excellent managers and go out of their way to maintain a clean, well kept up facility. They’ve always been helpful with small requests like giving us a couple extra minutes to close up when we’ve been in the middle of reorganizing our unit, or even letting us use an extra lock when we need time to get new locks.
The bathroom is always clean and I’ve never had to wait or look around to find a dolly or a push cart. They’re always personable and friendly in the office. If anyone near Burbank is looking for a good place to rent a storage unit, I recommend Extra Storage on Hollywood Way just off the 5 freeway.”

I wanted to reach out and just say thank you to Maria, Barbara and Alice! Everyone working at this storage facility that I have had interactions with there has been genuinely positive, friendly and helpful!
I rented a container to store possessions. The container was immaculately clean and fresh for move in! That is a great start for the process of storing possessions that are important to you!
I have rented many storage units throughout the country over the past years! This facilities restroom is one of the cleanest and well kept that I have experienced! One more example that there is caring involved by the people that are working there!

“amazing experience! i had a really nice clerk, who was very helpful and sweet, informed me of everything up front and even complimented my name. a huge contrast from the horrific experience i had at the western ave location in koreatown.
the clerk told me there as well that they have the option of changing mobile pick up to counter, so she did that and i was able to pay in person and go on about my way. i don’t remember her name but she was a little older, and a total sweetheart. i will use this location from now on !”
