“Traveling alone last weekend I hit something on the freeway which punctured 2 tires. I pulled off at the very first exit and to my surprise, this tiny tire place was just off the freeway. Felipe arrived early to open and took me right in! He replaced 3 tires and was so professional and kind. I was an emotional mess thinking about what could have happened. As a woman, when it comes to auto repairs, I have no clue but ever since coming here I have never felt taken advantage of, disrespected or treated different. “The car service itself is good, but my initial customer service experience was disappointing. I was told on two different days that I could come in at 4:30pm to get my brakes done, but when I arrived, I was told the brakes area was closed. There was no apology and no accountability for the misinformation, and when I asked for clarification, an older gentleman spoke to me very dismissively, which was frustrating especially because I try hard to support small businesses.
However, after posting my review, the shop reached out and worked with me to offer much better service. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the situation and make things right. I’m glad they followed up and showed that they do care about their customers.”
