As usual at Chase locations, there are more people directing traffic rather than behind the counter helping customers as tellers. 3 pm and 2 tellers, with 7 customers and 2 employees on floor wondering around. It shouldn’t take them this long to give them cash non ATM transactions.

My experience with Chase Bank has always a very good one! I've found the staff to excellent in being able to explain the details, and will help set and reach financial goals. Van Nuys, Jose S. is excellent! Great job Chase!
