“A Valley landmark in my opinion. One of the few places you can find in the San Fernando Valley for a banquet room. Staff that assisted us was excellent. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with the family. I was helping very close family friends plan a Celebration of Life. The venue was perfect. Plenty of parking. A separate entrance and exit to the two banquet room we were going to be occupying. We were expecting about 100 people. The restrooms were very bright, neat and clean. The staff accommodated us for extra tables as well as a stage and projection screen I would highly recommend the Airtel hotel for events big or small, business or personal.”

“A few other reviews mention bed bugs, so I'm happy to report that as of November 26th 2023, rooms on the 5th floor have NO BEDBUGS. I lifted up the mattress and checked right down to the clean mattress protector and there were no bugs or yellowish shed skins. They have solved the bed bug problem.However the shower in room 510 doesn't drain, which was unnerving on the first night, and while the hotel is undergoing maintenance the hallways smell like motor oil. But the front desk staff and cleaning crew are very considerate.”
“This is one of the few hotels in the area that are priced for any budget as well as very friendly staff and accommodating! I always have a very fast check in & rooms are always clean and well kept. They have been doing renovations as well so many of the bedrooms are brand new along with the furniture which is very nice. Location is great too central and local to shops and restaurants!”
