Some shoppers noted that cashier stands have been closed, leading to long lines at self-checkout, and that there isn't enough space to assemble purchases there. There is a general wish for more workers to help customers. While the drive-up service is available, some feel there are too many parking spots dedicated to it. Excellent service from several employees which made the shopping exerience great, from the guy who got water down from the top shelf, the woman who advised on lipstick color and ending with the cashier who was patient.
