Department Stores in Sherman Oaks, CA

8 locations found near Sherman Oaks

“This is a useful stop when you’re already at Fashion Square and need clothes, shoes, cologne, makeup, gifts, or something for the house. I like having a full department store in the mall because it makes last-minute shopping a lot easier, especially when you don’t want to run all over the Valley.

Some parts feel a little older, and the experience can depend on how busy it is or whether you can find help, but overall it’s convenient and still a solid place to shop in Sherman Oaks.”

“I love it when fragrance folks aren't too pushy. Ana G is an angel, Steven with Bulgari is super knowledgable, and Paul with MFK prescribed me the perfect scent like he was an oracle.”

“I stopped by this Miniso store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall while my wife was shopping at other stores. This is a pretty spacious store and they have a lot of deals going on for Cyber Monday. I saw like little figures and also many different marshmallows inside the store. They have some Harry Potter stuff inside the store as well along with other toys. I think you might find some treats inside here as well so if you're looking for like Asian things then you might find it in here.”

“My wife and I stopped by this Finish Line inside Macy today because it was the first store open so we were shopping inside. My wife wanted to try on the slip on shoes and I had some Macy rewards to use before it expires. The 2 men working today was very nice to my wife when she was asking for some sizes and different colors if they have it. She like 1 particular shoes but they didn't have it in store but the gentleman said he can place a online order for us. My wife checked the price online and it was cheaper so they were able to price match it. We were satisfy with our experience here today.”

“This Starbucks inside Target is convenient, especially when you’re already shopping and want to grab a drink while you’re there. It’s not the same as going to a full standalone Starbucks, but it gets the job done and makes the Target run better. Service can depend on how busy the store is, and it can take a little patience during peak times. Overall, solid spot for a quick drink while shopping.”

“I had an issue with a pair of pants I purchased and honestly thought it wouldn’t be resolved. But Brenda went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and truly took the time to assist me.

I really appreciated how she trusted me and provided store credit to make things right. That level of customer service made me feel valued and respected.

Thank you, Brenda, for your kindness and professionalism—you turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!”
