“I went here to have my plugged tire double checked and they were really honest with me. I feel like some places would say "do this or that" just to be able to charge you something for some work done. However, they were pretty insistent that no further work needed to be done on the thing I asked them to check which tells me they are reliable and straightforward people. I will totally recommend this place to people just for the fact that I felt like the people running this place were honest. Hopefully, no one would ever need to be here because of some mishap but maybe to buy new tires or something. Anyway, thanks for the great service and hope your business becomes even more successful.”

“I had my brakes worked on a year or so back on my 2018 Lexus ES 350 at this Pepboys and then a few weeks back my son pointed out that there was a strange rattling noise. I went there a week ago and Fred the person at the front was able to trace the car to the last repair which was not trivial as we had the license plates changed after a collision. They then found that there was something wrong with the brake calipers and they fixed it for almost free because of the warranty period. Later, Martha at the front desk who is also helpful called me as I had left a wheel lock at the store. I find the front desk folks are helpful and the mechanics behind are good at their job. And, oh yes, the brake noise has disappeared!”

“I was in and out within 10-15 mins! I asked for a patch for my tire which had a nail / screw. $15 for a patch. Such amazing value. I dont really know what else to say other than I got what I came to do, paid a really good price, and was in and out pretty quickly. I still got to go to the appointment that I needed to go to and did not have too much of a dent in my schedule. They only take cash but the liquor store and the dispensary in front has an ATM. Some folks might find the location a bit hard to pull up to since their driveway fits 1 car so other customers have to kinda tetris their way into squeezing in the other spots and might have to pull in and out but you know, comes with the location. Such is life, not a dealbreaker I guess. I hope to never have to come back here but will definitely do in the event of need.”
