“I had been wanting to get the scratches and dings out plus a paint refresh I just wasn’t sure if I could swing it financially at the moment. I was recommended here by a trusted friend and I walked in and Karina took great care of me at the Van Nuys location. She’s very nice, no fluff or over selling which I appreciate. I’m a straight shooter sales guy, I’m either doing it all or not at all kind of customer. She was very knowledgeable and good at managing your expectations of the process. We settled on a price, they had a sale going on and I committed to the premium package. It took about 4 days to get it done, I got a cheap rental. They did a wonderful job on my car and it looks much newer than before. I’d recommend them to anyone for your painting needs. Here’s a pic, I tried to attach video but it doesn’t allow me.”

“I recently purchased a total frame-off renovated Bronco from Armen and his father, and WOW....what an amazing job they did! The attention to detail on the renovation was spectacular, and I really love the way they kept it as close to original-looking as possible while also adding a few technological upgrades.
Also, while I waited on them to ship the vehicle and during shipment, the communication was excellent. I never had to wonder what the status was. Armen was elite as far as communication, and I very much appreciated that.

“Unfortunately, I needed to take my car to get repaired after an accident. However, I was relieved to know that DM Auto Body is on my auto insurance’s approved list.
My previous car had a couple of non-collision accidents that required a new windshield both times! I took it to DM Auto Body and I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I never forgot them after 2 years. They left my car looking even better than when I first bought it. I’m not even kidding.
Fast forward to today, I was in an auto accident that was very minor, but left some deep scratches on multiple parts of the front bumper. Ruben was very thorough in locating right away what would need to be repaired, and he is so experienced that he pointed out potential repairs that might be needed, but they would need to take some parts off to confirm. Knowing that he was able to give me the worse case scenario right then and there further made me feel confident in what they are doing.
While they had the car, they got to work right away on ordering parts, providing the estimate to my insurance, and along the way, I got daily updates on their progress. They were able to get the work done a day early than what they had estimated and again, I was so happy to see my car looking brand new!
Aside from their excellent work, they are also experts in customer service, always answering the phone, giving answers to questions, and they seem to have a very organized flow. I appreciate that very much. I will definitely continue to make them my first choice!”

She provides constant updates via texts so I'm no longer completely in the dark during any repair/maintenance.
