“An Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Beach Cities Car Wash!
I recently visited Beach Cities Car Wash, and I have to say, it was an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by Chris, incredibly friendly, professional staff member who was genuinely happy to help.
The wash itself was beyond impressive. My car came out looking brand new, sparkling from every angle. The attention to detail was incredible—not a single spot missed, and the interior cleaning was just as meticulous. It's clear that they use top-of-the-line equipment and products.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. The team at Beach Cities Car Wash is a well-oiled machine, working efficiently and with a smile. They went above and beyond, spending a lot of time, to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find this level of quality and customer care. When I went to pay for the car wash I was greeted by Deija who had a beautiful smile and actually thanked me for allowing them to service my car and said that she hoped I would come back again.
I highly recommend Beach Cities Car Wash to anyone looking for a superior car cleaning service. They've earned a customer for life, and I can't wait to go back!”
“Mark and his team have ceramic coated 2 of my vehicles now. My 13 year old R8 came in with swirls and scratches, and left looking like it was pulled off the showroom floor. I actually couldn’t believe it was the same car. I’ve had ceramic coatings done at other shops, but nothing this good. Lifetime customer here”

It's hard to find honest people these days especially when you're a single woman! They fixed my window trimming on my Toyota Camry last weekend and I couldn't be more happier with the outcome! By they time I walked down the street to Bank of America to get their cash, they were DONE!!! I even gave them a little more than what they charged me because they saved me SO MUCH MONEY!!! I wish I had more to give. It's sad dealerships aka STEALERSHIPS take advantage of the people. We already pay so much for the cars and then they charge ARMS/LEGS for maintenance! “I can't recommend this auto body shop enough! They did an incredible job restoring my car to perfect condition, and the detailing they did when I picked it up was the best I’ve ever seen. I’m not familiar with insurance or car claims, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free by handling everything directly with my insurance company. They also kept me in the loop with weekly updates, which I really appreciated. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional. “I’ve been hunting for this specific set of Recaro seats for a few weeks. I stumbled across them in a random YouTube video and had no idea this color combo even existed. Once I saw them, I knew I had to have them. What I didn’t realize was how limited they were and how tough they are to source.
From the very first call, Addison was beyond helpful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to deep-dive everything going on with Recaro availability, lead times, and the nuances of these special-order seats. He gave me more information in one conversation than I was able to find anywhere online.
What really stood out was his level of customer service. Genuine care, enthusiasm, transparency, and lightning-fast communication across phone, email, and text. He followed through on every single thing he said he would, and he was never pushy. Instead, he guided me, gave me the facts, and helped me make an educated decision on a very expensive purchase. These project-car parts aren’t cheap, and he made me feel 1000% taken care of throughout the entire process.
He even went as far as reaching out to his account reps directly and getting me a confirmed allocated pair of seats, which was huge. That kind of effort is rare these days, and it deserves recognition.
Addison made the whole experience comfortable, easy, and honestly enjoyable. At this point, he could probably sell me anything because the trust is there. If you’re thinking about ordering anything from Bulletproof Automotive, ask for Addison. You’ll have an A1 experience from start to finish.

“Adam, the manager, suggested I have a ceramic coat applied to the paint of my newly purchased Tesla. It apparently provides several years of paint protection. It does cost a bit more than having a hand applied wax protection every several months. The paint looks great, and I don't have to get the wax protection repeated for optimal maintenance. This company also does hand washing and hand waxing for protection. There were some awesome classic cars in their facility for care. Every person was helpful, including a ride home and back the next day for pick-up.”

“After getting an $8600 estimate at BMW Santa Monica, I found myself looking for another auto shop to repair my out of warranty BMW. Luckily, I found this place. They were transparent, honest and reasonably priced. They agreed that I could repair one expensive item on the dealership's list, but said it wasn't necessary for a couple of years, at which point I'd be better off purchasing a new car.
