Some of the worst service I’ve ever received at an auto body. I got my door fixed here a few years after a hit and run. I pointed out it wasn’t aligned properly when I picked it up and the mechanic giving me back my car pushed on it and said “it’s fine”. It has given me issues ever since and I have just had my last straw. Absolutely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going here, especially if you are a woman, it is a stereotypical situation where they don’t listen to us here.”
“Fix Auto Redondo Beach did an excellent job repairing the body damage on my Tesla. They took great measure to make sure the job was done correctly and efficiently - probably faster than having Tesla make the repairs too. I hope I never have to return but I absolutely would if needed.”

“Mr. Garcia replaced my Audi’s rear window after my car got vandalized in April. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. Mr. Garcia replaced it within an hour… I couldn’t believe it. He is hard working, SO kind, and he made sure I was 100% happy. After he installed it, I asked if the window could be lowered, and just to make sure it was at its lowest he took it apart and redid it. Mr. Garcia, you are great. Thank you.”

“Chilton Auto Body in Hawthorne absolutely came through for me. I brought in my car after someone scraped the entire side of it and then vanished like it never happened. I’m always nervous trying out new shops, but Ezra ended up making the whole thing way easier than I thought it’d be.
He looked everything over, explained what they were going to do in a thought out, straightforward way, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I never had to guess what was happening or chase anyone down, which already puts this place ahead of most shops I’ve dealt with.
When I picked up my car, it genuinely looked better than before the accident. The paint matched perfectly, the body work was spotless, and they even cleaned it up. My car looked so good, I briefly thought they gave me the wrong car. Nope. They just did a phenomenal job.
If you need body repairs and want to deal with people who actually know what they’re doing and treat you well, go to Chilton. And ask for Ezra. He made a stressful situation so enjoyable it feels almost like we are family now. Which is not something I ever thought I’d say about someone helping me with auto body work. Highly recommend. You would miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime if you chose a different shop. I cannot wait to get my car dinged up again so I can come back to Chilton!”
“Michael was great. I had to get my windshield replaced, and mine was one of the last cars of the day. Unfortunately, the third party that runs the calibration software for some cars’ safety features had closed for the day, so I had to come back. Michael made sure that I was able to get the calibration done very quickly when I came back, and he was helpful throughout the process.”
