“I just took my Honda Accord 2016 over for a wiring issue with my horn. He did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue and bypass my module and made it work again with my original Honda. He’s a real wiring expert and traced all my wiring issues down to the real problems. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends!!”

“I moved to WeHO on July 1 as a Verizon customer. Verizon did not schedule my home internet installation until July 15 from 8am-10am. I offered to pick up in-store for home install, but they had a system issue that prevented me from doing so. I was irritated, but patient.
The day came and I learned that they cancelled my home install without notice after I called them an hour into the installation window. After hours on the phone, chats, verification texts and being hung up on by Verizon reps, my patience ran out.
I went into T-mobile. Kyle got me set up with phone and internet service in 30 minutes—right before closing. He had an incredibly professional and calming demeanor. It’s a phone company, so I already know there will likely be bumps along the way, but I’m so grateful for Kyle getting me set up quickly and without hassle today. This is how customer service should be.

“Bob and his team are very knowledgeable about car alarms and sound systems. I had the pleasure of having them install an alarm in my car, and they did a thorough job. They went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my older vehicle and even stayed overtime to complete the installation, which shows their dedication to their craft. I would return to them anytime for my security system or surround sound needs, and their prices are quite reasonable as well.”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”
“I got my prepaid SIM card for my phone from this store. There was a long line during my visit. I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes. It was probably a busy hour to visit the store that I didn't know about. Once it was my turn, the staff attended to my request and installed the SIM card in my phone, which only took a few minutes. The staff was polite throughout the process. Except for the wait, I had a good experience at this store.”

So all retail not just Best But have basically abandoned customer service years ago, to the point where going in to try and solve a tech problem is more of a hassle then a help.
But enter Will Estrada who is leading by example and setting a standard that ALL of your employees should be following. You see good customer service translates DIRECTLY to an increase in business revenue, as Customers will revisit a location that serves them well, customers will also tell others about their experience and recommend said business because of their service. It also mitigates problems as I will be more lenient with BS as the service is good and I can trust my issue will be handled.
I have to say the West La store has gone down big time in regards to service in the last ten years.
But thanks to this guy Will, I am actually giving you guys a good review. Not only was he courteous and respectful, but was incredibly informed and went above and beyond to help us out.
Honestly I am fricking shocked, so much so I am writing this. Give Will a raise, a promotion, and whatever else because you need this guy not only to repair your reputation but to make you money.”
“I went to three different auto sound places to try to fix my Outback's B&O radio & screen. It had "delaminated" and a known issue among this particular head unit. The Subaru dealer wanted over $1400 to replace, if they could get a replacement. The other more known repair shops in Santa Monica also wanted to charge a lot with no guarantee of success. I went by the reviews of Yelp and Google and took it to Precision. They may not have the most "business like storefront", but everyone raves about them and now I know why. They took the time to locate the parts I needed rather than replace the unit. There were some hiccups along the way but every time I had a minor glitch they saw to it to fix it quickly. Very thankful to Sam and his crew for fixing what is effectively a factory defect and should have been recalled by Subaru. Fair and honest came up in the review summaries and I will certainly attest to that.”

“Target is a national chain of department stores that carry whatever you may want. Some also have grocery areas.
This target stands out because it is just so clean and organized. You can find what you want, be it toys or clothes--we got a pool for our dog to play in. We walked in and asked where it was and she knew exactly where they were.
The customer service is just wonderful here. They have enough employees to help you and they are always friendly.
It is nice inside and out. And the prices are great.
This is a great one, so go there.”
