“Came here for my aftermarket car alarm and OEM ignition issues based on all the good reviews.
JR and Sam communicated thoroughly; were honest, friendly, and transparent; and troubleshot a very complex issue that even my skilled mechanic in Ktown chose to bypass, due to requiring high-level electrical expertise and being a pain in the ass and time consuming to fix.
JR’s mechanics fixed my issues skillfully in relatively short amount of time, charged me an extremely reasonable labor rate, and explained clearly the actual issue with my car, versus everyone else’s conjecture. I got my car back yesterday, and it runs like a dream. It’s never hummed this well since leaving the Galpin lot.
Precision really knows their stuff, and they have the decades of expertise to back it. And they didn’t rip me off or charge insane labor rates, the way Westside car shops sometimes can. They have integrity, 1,000%.
Can’t recommend them enough. I hope they stay in business until they retire.

“This store is within walking distance from my home so I drop in often. The parking can be tight but there are free options if you look around a bit. The staff here is friendly, helpful and are beautiful people. The store is clean, the pharmacy works smoothly and the lines at any checkout are quick. Decent prices and rarely out of stock. I appreciate this location.”
