“Quick fast service. Tim is specially nice, honest and professional, and threw in a free screen protector. Just nice kind vibe! I will definitely go back there again. Google need to change and correct the address they have showing they’re on 1708 Ocean Park. Their correct address is on 1430 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404”

“Although I’m not a T-Mobile customer, I was so impressed with the professionalism and customer service of both the manager, Cesar, and service technician, Jamal. I went in to inquire about the WiFi services. Needless to say, the level of service, attention, and courtesy were all exemplary. I was so taken by their performance that I’m seriously considering switching carriers. While I know that some reviews are overly complimentary, rest assured my review is totally genuine and appreciative. Continued success to Cesar, Jamal, and the T-Mobile crew. Cheers.”

“Came here for my aftermarket car alarm and OEM ignition issues based on all the good reviews. JR and Sam communicated thoroughly; were honest, friendly, and transparent; and troubleshot a very complex issue that even my skilled mechanic in Ktown chose to bypass, due to requiring high-level electrical expertise and being a pain in the ass and time consuming to fix. JR’s mechanics fixed my issues skillfully in relatively short amount of time, charged me an extremely reasonable labor rate, and explained clearly the actual issue with my car, versus everyone else’s conjecture. I got my car back yesterday, and it runs like a dream. It’s never hummed this well since leaving the Galpin lot. Precision really knows their stuff, and they have the decades of expertise to back it. And they didn’t rip me off or charge insane labor rates, the way Westside car shops sometimes can. They have integrity, 1,000%. Can’t recommend them enough. I hope they stay in business until they retire. It’s best to call ahead to book an appointment. Their entrance is located in an alley off of Pico, near Lincoln.”

“Great customer service at a very fair prices. I inherited a Control4 system from the previous owner of my place. I hated that system. Not just because it is archaic but more importantly, every little thing I need fix (tune) required me to call my dealer who charges an arm and a leg. One day, all my speakers died, so I called my dealer, and they wanted my first born. So I decided to venture out and I found Definition AV. 1st, their service call price is very reasonable. They diagnosed the problem (the Amp died) surgically, but what's great about them is that they asked a lot of questions to truly understand my use cases. They recommended me to switch half of my system to SONOs and leave my living room TV's 5.1 audio system alone since it was still working. My previous dealer would had never recommended that because SONOs is more DIY and they would not be able to charge as much service money. Before they left, they even tuned up my 5.1 system just because they found some misconfigurations on they way. It sounded WAY better. I got the quote, the price is very reasonable and they came out quickly and upgraded my system. Now, my system works way better and I can use my voice control (my main method of controlling everything else in the house) to activate any speakers or speaker groups. I'll be a returning customer!”

“I shopped at the Target on Wilshire today and had an amazing experience. Bahram was very friendly and helpful, and he made my checkout super easy even though I had a lot of heavy items. My foot was hurting, and he kindly offered to bring everything to my car — truly outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him.”
