“Unfortunately been here twice in the past week.. but that's another story. Let's focus on the establishment and their services. I was greeted kindly, and efficiently. The exchange of insurance, information, and paperwork was done in a timely manner, then was led into one of the exam rooms which was clean and tidy. Nurse took vitals and basic info then the doctor came in not too long after that. Got a thorough, attentive and professional evaluation, at which point was recommended a shot. believe it or not, adults get a little nervous too and need to hold someone's hand. I was fortunate enough to have a super nice nurse and very special person there by my side, so Thank you D.S! Free parking lot is always a plus. ..and, yes.. I'll be ok :)”
“This clinic is one of the best I have ever been, people here are so compassionate, attentive, loving, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nusinovich is very attentive, always listens, and asks the right questions, he wants to help you to be healthy, he loves his job and his patients. Nurses are as kind and loving as your favorite auntie. I have a very unusual medical case, I survived a car accident that led me into a long coma, and a lot of injuries, I am living with TBI, a big part of my brain was destroyed, and I was with a very indifferent PCP and neurologist before Prestige Medical Center. After I was assigned to this center, I asked to help me find a good neurologist who could finally help me, they assisted me a lot with my search, provided lists of doctors, made calls for me, and with the help of the clinic’s staff I finally found an amazing neurologist. They are very busy, but I did put in some work myself, if you want to change and be healthy you gotta do the work too. I am very grateful for everything Prestige Medical Center and Dr. Nusinovich do for my well-being.”

Called for a emergency exam and I was able to walk in without I electronically electronically fill out my forms and Insuance info and the front the front staff took care ofThe rest. I was seen by a highly experienced PA-c. The PA examined me thoroughly and gave his diagnosis. I am grateful to PA and the urgent care team at exer for getting me and out on a timely manner. “With several decades of experience, as an impatient patient, I feel qualified to judge the quality of my health care providers. I've also learned that in life one almost always needs to qualify their judgments and opinions, with the phrase, "so far". In my 16 years living in L.A., I had not found a primary care doc who I felt was a keeper. A few months ago I asked a neighbor if he knew of someone and he recommended Dr. Patricia Y. Chang, who practices family medicine at UCLA. Dr. Chang has been at UCLA for around 5 years and practiced in Canada for around 20 years prior. I believe her Canadian training is beneficial to her patients, as Canada seems to be superior, in training physicians to understand and treat the whole person. In the roughly 3 months and 3 visits I've had with Dr. Chang, I am convinced that she is top notch, as a physician, and, no less importantly, as a person. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, responsive (i.e., between visits) and caring. She also understands how all our systems (body and mind) are connected. In listening to my medical history, Dr. Chang identified a relatively rare issue, which no one has ever thought of or explored and very few would. "So far", I expect that Dr. Patricia Y. Chang will be one of the best physicians I have ever consulted.”
“I hadn’t regularly seen a physician for the past 10 years. I started going to One Medical about a month ago and I’m really happy with the care that I have received. I see Dr. Clegg and I feel heard and cared about. She doesn’t just want to put a bandaid on an issue, she wants to solve the root cause. I never feel rushed through appointments. In fact, during my first appointment, Dr. Clegg made me laugh! She said, “we’ve got 10 minutes left, want to knock out your pap today?”! I can’t imagine getting this level of care anywhere else. Previous gyno appointments have taken up to two hours of my day (mostly sitting in waiting rooms because they are behind).Since my appointment, my doctor emails me to explain test results and answers any questions I have. Overall, this doctor has made me want to be more involved in preventative care in the future.The office is very nice with a modern design. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind. They stick to appointment times and don’t waste your time.I was very impressed with the lab techs. I have deep veins that are difficult to find. It was no problem and the process was smooth and easy. I’ve had my blood drawn twice and it was painless both times!”
“5years of quality experience here. My providers outstanding and nursing staff well trained and kind. Xrays done here quickly. No Urgent care at this facility on Prospect about 4 years now.The " My Chart " online application is excellent and saves me alot of time in making appointments, refills and spending g messages to my providers with quick results and responses.Virtual appointments very helpful and have served me well when need quick care, such as Covid Care.I am in healthcareand appreciate the quality care and efficiency, which is heads and above my other non- Providence providers.They need to put up some art in patient areas however. May have taken down due to pandemic cleaning needs.”

After living outside of LA for 6 years I recently came back last year and have been to the office three times since being back. Every visit continues to be perfect. All staff are always very friendly and punctual, and Defoto is awesome as always.”
