“I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care clinic and truly felt cared for from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, organized, calm, and very welcoming. The front staff was polite and efficient, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected. Every staff member I interacted with treated me and my family with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect, which made a stressful visit feel much more comfortable and reassuring.
I especially want to recognize medical assistant Tanu for providing such exceptional care and support throughout our visit. Tanu was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional while helping us during the entire process. What meant the most to me was the way Tanu took such wonderful care of my child. Tanu was gentle, comforting, and very understanding, which helped my kid feel safe and less nervous during the visit. Seeing someone treat children with so much patience and compassion truly made a huge difference for our family. From checking vitals to answering questions and making sure we were comfortable, everything was done with genuine care and kindness.
One thing that really stood out was that Tanu even called back afterward for follow-up, which showed a level of care that is very rare to find nowadays. That follow-up call made me feel that we were not just another patient, but that the staff truly cared about our health and recovery. Taking the time to check on us after the visit showed professionalism, dedication, and genuine compassion for patients.
The doctor was also excellent and took the time to carefully listen to all of our concerns without rushing through the appointment. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including the treatment plan and follow-up instructions. The doctor was knowledgeable, understanding, and very thorough, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. You can tell that the staff here genuinely care about their patients and work together as a team to provide the best possible care.
Overall, this urgent care clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and compassion shown by the entire team was truly impressive. It’s difficult to find a medical clinic where patients are treated with such kindness, patience, and attention, especially when children are involved, but this clinic truly deserves recognition. I am very thankful for the amazing care we received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and compassionate medical treatment. “Great doctor. Yes he’s a concierge physician so it costs a few hundred dollars per year to see him. But he’s a great listener, a nice person, has really great staff, and genuinely wants the best for his patients. I spend more time with him than I have at other PCP offices where you often get time with the nurse and very limited time with the actual physician. Would recommend Dr Massachi to anyone.”
“This clinic is one of the best I have ever been, people here are so compassionate, attentive, loving, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nusinovich is very attentive, always listens, and asks the right questions, he wants to help you to be healthy, he loves his job and his patients. Nurses are as kind and loving as your favorite auntie. I have a very unusual medical case, I survived a car accident that led me into a long coma, and a lot of injuries, I am living with TBI, a big part of my brain was destroyed, and I was with a very indifferent PCP and neurologist before Prestige Medical Center. After I was assigned to this center, I asked to help me find a good neurologist who could finally help me, they assisted me a lot with my search, provided lists of doctors, made calls for me, and with the help of the clinic’s staff I finally found an amazing neurologist. They are very busy, but I did put in some work myself, if you want to change and be healthy you gotta do the work too. I am very grateful for everything Prestige Medical Center and Dr. Nusinovich do for my well-being.”

“Front Desk boy was letting people in out of order. Meaning. People that were waiting for an hour had to wait another hour because the front desk boy did not know how to check in people in order. Doctors and nurses were great as always. However, I did have to call urgent care three times for them to actually call my pharmacy to fill my prescription. I guess that’s what you get for speaking up once you see something wrong.”

The check-in process is easy and efficient, it’s not overly busy so I managed to see a doctor in less than 10 minutes and my appointment was done shortly after. “I signed up with this medical service offered by Amazon, and I love it. Everything was done from my desk with a zoom call, the communications were excellent, the doctor (you get to pick your own doctor) was the best ever, the follow-up was the best I ever received. I did get a prescription which they called into the pharmacy of my choice, although Amazon could have also had mailed it to me. I love that Amazon One Medical has a phone app which is fantastic to use. This entire experience is a great example on how the medical profession should be. I love it.”

“Dr. Deshmukh saved my life. Before seeing her, I would get sick 8+ times a year. I would go to the hospital with high fevers and other extremely uncomfortable and painful symptoms. My immune system did not exist and my body was inflamed. I was sick. After seeing countless doctors, which NONE were able to figure out why I was getting so sick, I saw Dr. Deshmukh and she changed everything. She knew what was wrong immediately. She helped me rebuild my immune system and heal my gut and now I rarely get sick. I am healthy, I lost weight, I am happier, every aspect of my life has improved. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and I refuse to see anyone else. If I ever move I would fly back to see her because an amazing doctor like this is hard to find. I cannot recommend Dr. Deshmukh enough!!!”
“With several decades of experience, as an impatient patient, I feel qualified to judge the quality of my health care providers. I've also learned that in life one almost always needs to qualify their judgments and opinions, with the phrase, "so far". In my 16 years living in L.A., I had not found a primary care doc who I felt was a keeper. A few months ago I asked a neighbor if he knew of someone and he recommended Dr. Patricia Y. Chang, who practices family medicine at UCLA. Dr. Chang has been at UCLA for around 5 years and practiced in Canada for around 20 years prior. I believe her Canadian training is beneficial to her patients, as Canada seems to be superior, in training physicians to understand and treat the whole person. In the roughly 3 months and 3 visits I've had with Dr. Chang, I am convinced that she is top notch, as a physician, and, no less importantly, as a person. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, responsive (i.e., between visits) and caring. She also understands how all our systems (body and mind) are connected. In listening to my medical history, Dr. Chang identified a relatively rare issue, which no one has ever thought of or explored and very few would. "So far", I expect that Dr. Patricia Y. Chang will be one of the best physicians I have ever consulted.”

I see Dr. Jason Sherman who, and I know this sounds corny, legit saved me this summer. I was having significant health issues. Dr. Sherman didn't give up on me and ensured I had the proper care to overcome my health issue.
