I came to him as a second opinion in regards a health concern I had but immediately realized I should've come to him as my Primary care physician. Not only did him & his staff take the time to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and explain complex medical information to me but they also took the time to further research a Pharmacy that had the proper medication available as soon as possible closer to my home. I was afraid they wouldn't take my health insurance but to my surprise they do take insurance which was Amazing! This level of patient-centered care is rare and greatly appreciated. Dr. Jennifer Logan is my go-to doctor, and even though I moved 6 hours away, I was willing to drive there recently to see her and get my physical. What a delight, Dr. Logan makes my medical visits a thoroughly comprehensive wellness experience. She truly listens and always gives the least risky and most reasonable medical advice. (Regretfully, can't say the same thing about her admin staff, and hope they can improve). Kudos to Dr. Logan and the physicians at this practice!”

“Dr. Deshmukh saved my life. Before seeing her, I would get sick 8+ times a year. I would go to the hospital with high fevers and other extremely uncomfortable and painful symptoms. My immune system did not exist and my body was inflamed. I was sick. After seeing countless doctors, which NONE were able to figure out why I was getting so sick, I saw Dr. Deshmukh and she changed everything. She knew what was wrong immediately. She helped me rebuild my immune system and heal my gut and now I rarely get sick. I am healthy, I lost weight, I am happier, every aspect of my life has improved. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and I refuse to see anyone else. If I ever move I would fly back to see her because an amazing doctor like this is hard to find. I cannot recommend Dr. Deshmukh enough!!!”

“I just had a great experience at a new primary care doctor's office...it was hard to say who was better - the doctor or the staff! The whole office is Russian, so I expected to feel somewhat out of place, but they treated me like family -- better than family. Ruby at the front desk made me feel right at home, from the first day I called to make an appointment, Even the nurse who drew blood from my arm was like a nice grandmotherly type who make me look at an incredibly beautiful painting across from the office door to distract me, but I didn't actually need it, because I didn't even hardly feel anything!!. Dr. Vlad was better than any American doctor and spent a lot of time getting my whole medical well-being analyzed - whatever United Healthcare paid him, it wasn't enough.”

“With several decades of experience, as an impatient patient, I feel qualified to judge the quality of my health care providers. I've also learned that in life one almost always needs to qualify their judgments and opinions, with the phrase, "so far". In my 16 years living in L.A., I had not found a primary care doc who I felt was a keeper. A few months ago I asked a neighbor if he knew of someone and he recommended Dr. Patricia Y. Chang, who practices family medicine at UCLA. Dr. Chang has been at UCLA for around 5 years and practiced in Canada for around 20 years prior. I believe her Canadian training is beneficial to her patients, as Canada seems to be superior, in training physicians to understand and treat the whole person. In the roughly 3 months and 3 visits I've had with Dr. Chang, I am convinced that she is top notch, as a physician, and, no less importantly, as a person. Dr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, responsive (i.e., between visits) and caring. She also understands how all our systems (body and mind) are connected. In listening to my medical history, Dr. Chang identified a relatively rare issue, which no one has ever thought of or explored and very few would. "So far", I expect that Dr. Patricia Y. Chang will be one of the best physicians I have ever consulted.”

“I hadn’t regularly seen a physician for the past 10 years. I started going to One Medical about a month ago and I’m really happy with the care that I have received. I see Dr. Clegg and I feel heard and cared about. She doesn’t just want to put a bandaid on an issue, she wants to solve the root cause. I never feel rushed through appointments. In fact, during my first appointment, Dr. Clegg made me laugh! She said, “we’ve got 10 minutes left, want to knock out your pap today?”! I can’t imagine getting this level of care anywhere else. Previous gyno appointments have taken up to two hours of my day (mostly sitting in waiting rooms because they are behind).Since my appointment, my doctor emails me to explain test results and answers any questions I have. Overall, this doctor has made me want to be more involved in preventative care in the future.The office is very nice with a modern design. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind. They stick to appointment times and don’t waste your time.I was very impressed with the lab techs. I have deep veins that are difficult to find. It was no problem and the process was smooth and easy. I’ve had my blood drawn twice and it was painless both times!”
