“Going to any cell service store is just as bad as the DMV imo. This was the only store I can say was not dmv level hell. I can’t remember the names of the sales associates helping me, but they were so patient, helping with a complicated plan to help me upgrade my phone. On Black Friday no less! I would drive far just to be helped at this store again”
