“Going to any cell service store is just as bad as the DMV imo. This was the only store I can say was not dmv level hell. I can’t remember the names of the sales associates helping me, but they were so patient, helping with a complicated plan to help me upgrade my phone. On Black Friday no less! I would drive far just to be helped at this store again”

“Amazed and astonished of how knowledgeable these guys at Image Wireless are, as I spent over 2 1/2 hours at the Verizon store on Wilshire and Normandy.
The rep at the Verizon store could not help me change my Apple ID password and could not help me transfer my information to my new phone where I was recommended to come to Image Wireless Inc. by a friend .
When I came in I was greeted with a smile and assisted right away with updating my password, transferring my data to my new phone and knowing what to do without any hesitation or doubts.

Even though my data synchronization took more than four hours, I was not left out in the dark of what was happening as my email passwords were updated, my Apple ID was updated and step-by-step not just doing it but showing me how to do it and understand it and teaching me was priceless.
