I had an issue on a custom build. His custom build was beautiful, water-cooled, RGB. But not too gamer. Very classy. So he mentioned that my motherboard required ECC RAM. He was right. So I gave him my RAM sticks that were useless to me. An honest guy.

Great and fast service! Dropped off my laptop before work, and was able to pick it up by lunch time. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable.
