“I LOVE THE MEXICAN FLAG 🇲🇽 AND I LOVE THE WAY YOU HANDLED THAT ENTITLED WOMAN❣ I saw it on YouTube so I had to leave 5⭐’s as well as this great review. Keep up the great work at your store because I got information stating it’s a great store. One day when I visit California I’ll come there.”
“This company is above & beyond any company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. While on vacation I went there for souvenirs. The QUALITY of everything, t-shirts, hoodies, hats & bags were impeccable. The customer service is incredible, friendly & professional! The store was welcoming, clean & well organized. When I returned home I ordered MORE & when the USPS messed up shipping, they went above & beyond to make sure I got what I needed. You just don't see THIS kind of quality & service from businesses anymore. I give them 5 ⭐️ on EVERYTHING! I also know where I will be doing some Christmas shopping this year. So happy they have such an excellent website! Honestly wish I could give them MORE ⭐️.”
“Did a paint and sip. Super beginner painter and with the great instruction it came out pretty decent! Wasn’t rushed like other places I have been. Will be back!”
“A surprising gem.
Lived her 3 yrs and never knew about it.
Superb place to buy gifts, useful home goods and jewelry. An artist there even creates buttons.
Something for everyone”
“Looking forward to checking out The Artist and all the amazing ? Art Creations by Elaine Bryant sending each of you Positive vibes and love..Keep Art and Music Alive!”
“Checked out a free Zumba class tonight! I had a blast! It was only 45mins but I really got a workout!! Lots of smiles and so much fun!!! I think they also offer free art classes. I had never been here before and I'm so happy my friend recommended this place. What an maxing community center. I was told there is a Day of the Dead event November 2,2023. Not sure if I will be able to make it but will try :)”
“Corrected address: Buenaventura Art Center at
1591 Spinnaker Dr. #207. Ventura CA
Quaint art center on the 2nd level above Le Petit Cafe. Today I attended a class about landscape watercolors made easy by Gary Friedman. Good class. Broke through mental barriers I had regarding painting more loosely to achieve certain effects. The space also features local artists work in various mediums and frequent classes. #watercolorclass #garyfriedmanart #buenaventuraartassociation #baa”
“This art center is a treasure for Ventura County. I've seen an impressive show of this area's glass artists, as well as some excellent group shows. Their ceramics and other arts courses for adults and children are impressive. So grateful that they lived through the pandemic waves!”
“I participated in a weekly series about intro to watercolor and really enjoyed it! Phylis is a lovely teacher and has created an amazing space to learn and create! Would totally recommend.”
“IF you have a little mermaid and IF you happen to go to Ventura Harbor, you MUST drop in! Beautiful artwork, sweet owner who is the artist, and amazingly affordable treasures for my nine year old mermaid. She loved this store and walked out with a $12 treasure chest, full of beautiful shells, an adorable turtle made of shells even with little glasses, and a sweet sparkly bracelet. $12!!! My sister in law from TX bought her granddaughter a souvenir as well. This is a delightful stop with something for everyone!”
“Please come and visit for an exceptional selection of paintings made by the artist herself! Not only is she one excellent painter but a lovely person! HighlyRecommend!”
“We love the George Stuart Historical Figures Exhibition and through September 13, 2026 it features The Changing Faces of Abraham Lincoln. It is informative and creative. George Stuart was/is so talented!”
