“I live in the Antelope Valley. I have driven to her shop and purchased items. Paty was very nice and helpful with what I was looking for. There are so many cool items in her shop, I've also recommended it to others who are into doing alters. I also just recently met up with her again at the Avocado festival Oct-2025. Paty is a nice, friendly business woman. Check out her store!!”

“The customer service of this company was something I have NEVER experienced before. We had some hiccups, and they did everything and more to make matters right. I had really lost hope on businesses that care about the client and not just the money. This company restored some of my faith. Ashleigh H. I can't thank you for your understanding. I will definitely be working with this company again in the future. The C.O.O of this company is awesome. I truly believe that effect trickle down and there are many other great people working for this company and I look forward to working with them again.”

“This company is above & beyond any company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. While on vacation I went there for souvenirs. The QUALITY of everything, t-shirts, hoodies, hats & bags were impeccable. The customer service is incredible, friendly & professional! The store was welcoming, clean & well organized. When I returned home I ordered MORE & when the USPS messed up shipping, they went above & beyond to make sure I got what I needed. You just don't see THIS kind of quality & service from businesses anymore. I give them 5 ⭐️ on EVERYTHING! I also know where I will be doing some Christmas shopping this year. So happy they have such an excellent website! Honestly wish I could give them MORE ⭐️.”

“Art House & Co. is one of those shops you hope to find when wandering around Ventura — thoughtful, beautifully curated, and full of pieces that feel genuinely special. The selection is excellent, with a mix of art, home goods, and creative finds that make browsing half the fun.

What really makes the place stand out, though, is the owner. Super welcoming, passionate about the pieces in the shop, and happy to chat without ever feeling pushy. It gives the whole place a warm, personal touch that’s hard to fake.

Pro tip: Take your time browsing — there are lots of small details and unique items you might miss on a quick walk-through.”

“I met the owner at the Solvang fair. She was a vendor there selling her bath bombs and candles. I absolutely love her bath bombs! I use one frequently and love that they are all natural and smell amazing! I will only buy from this company now! Highly recommend! I am also extremely picky about the ingredients.”

“I love coming into this store. It's super cute. Has something for almost everyone. They have women's clothing, jewelry, Ventura clothes and accessories, home items, baby/kid items. Anytime I am walking downtown I always stop by. I love seeing what new items they have for kids. Almost every time my husband and I find something new for our little one. The workers there are always really friendly and helpful.”

“My son and I stopped here looking for gemstones, and the store had a small but varied supply of gems but a lot of jewelry and sea themed items, and the young adult who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable of other stores in the area, even taking time to look up other stores in walking distance that may have more of what we were looking for but we bought some lovely stones here anyway”

“I adore this gift store. I bought a bunch of little trinkets for my family and grandkids.
Things you just can’t find anywhere else. I wrapped them up on the most beautiful gift paper that I bought here. Everyone LOVED their things ♥️”

“I don’t think I’ve ever bought much there (probably mostly due to the prices being a little more on the expensive side), but it’s super cute and reminds me a lot of LoHo, except unlike LoHo, they also sell snacks. I’ve heard they don’t have many people working there, so you (and I lol) should definitely consider shopping there more often to support their business. Sure, it’s not very spacey (it’s much smaller than my local LoHo) and the prices aren’t a huge turn-on, but it’s a very cute place that stands out even at the very cute mall it’s in and they sell some very cute stuff.”

“What a jewel and I just stumbled upon the shop. There are many wonderful items to take home for gifts that are better than most of the gift shops in the area. I especially like the locally made lotion, the ceramic crosses, the medals, the cards and so many other items that fit in my suitcase. I love the wind chimes but could not manage them. It’s nice to find a special place that supports the historical mission that is a treasure indeed. If you have time, walk the grounds, enjoy the museum, visit the sanctuary and leave a donation. You’ll want to, believe me!”

“Me and my mom have known the lady who works there ever since I was a little kid, and she’s nice and a pleasure to speak with.

Rosie Lee imports is a great place to go for British snacks, especially if you prefer shopping irl over online shopping. I highly recommend the bitter shandy. It’s essentially beer-flavored soda, and while it contains a very small amount of alcohol, you don’t have to be 21+ to drink it. Also, it only costs $2 per can despite being imported and, at least where I live, rare. Definitely worth a try if it sounds like something you’d enjoy.

The dandelion and burdock soda is great too. The flavor is like black licorice but sweeter and less fennel-like, sort of like cola but much better. Definitely recommend, and both my mom and I love it!

The nougat candies are very affordable and delicious, and the Turkish delights are, well, delightful!

Most of the candy is fairly expensive, but not all of it. It depends on what you want to get.

Highly recommend Rosie Lee!”
