“the Bank is great. Really great service at the bank. But the Phone service use to be great but I recently had to use it a few times and they seem to be lacking knowledge and haven't been able to help me. They need to do a better job on the phone and gain more experience. Other there gonna end up losing me as a customer. I needed help and I went to the bank to ask for help but they told me to call customer service. Then they couldn't help and they blamed the office so which is it. I'm guessing the phone service is to blame. Train them right Rabobank or me and if this is happening to others they will leave too.”

“I’ve been banking with them for over 20 years now. It was OneWest Bank previously,.They quick, there is never any lines, but their rates for incredible. They are personable, just a different experience, like you have a friend- banker. I know that they offer neat mortgage programs like 0 down with no PMI or mortgage for people with ITIn numbers.”

I have always been helped promptly and courteously. My daughter and son now both have accounts at this credit union. “I was with Unisys Credit Union that was Western Federal Credit Union then Unify Credit union. You couldn't pay me to join a bank. “Not impressed so far.....I opened up a business checking and savings account at the end of 9/2024. It was for a promotional offer for both accounts. The business banker who opened it for me made mistakes that have resulted in not getting the promo offers. It has taken months to have this resolved. The other business banker Angel, opened a case on my behalf, but I couldn't get a response from him about the status. He seems to be on the phone making calls out to most likely bring in business; however, he doesn't service his existing clientele with professionalism or follow through. I am working with a new business banker to resolve the issues, so I hope I will get the offers I signed up for. I gave 2 stars because the tellers have been great, very helpful, and efficient in forwarding my messages, but they can only do so much. The manager is also nice and helpful, but he should speak to his employee about improving his retention with existing business banking clients. Here is an update from my experience. It took some time and work from the manager and a new business banker (Ray), but they were able to straighten out the mistakes that were made, and I was able to finally get the promotional bonuses to my account.”

“Bank of America is hands down my favorite bank.
They have a very nice manager, and most of their tellers are professional too.
I have to knock off a star though, because they never have enough employees on hand.
Edit: Ever since Covid, I haven't had to go in the bank so I don't know what it's like now. The app works great, so I deposit all my checked with that. Cash, I deposit at their front ATM, because the back two ATMS repeatedly spit the cash back out and can't read them. They should perform maintenance on them.”

“Have been a CBC FCU customer since 1981 opening my first account at the Port Hueneme branch when I worked on the Port Hueneme Seabee base. Over the years I have moved all my banking type accounts and my mortgage to them as well as have their credit card ... I have also have had car loans in the past with them too. I have found that they have some of the best rates for accounts, cards and loans which is why I have continued my financial business with them. I do most of my banking business at the Ventura branch and at times when nearby at the Oxnard branch. I have found that the staff in both locations are professional, polite and knowledgeable. No regrets! Highly recommend CBC FCU for your banking needs.”
