Love this place but the men’s restroom is saturated with a URINE SMELL! Total biohazard that needs addressed ASAP! Until the men’s restroom gets the bio hazard corrected I cannot give a 5 star rating!

Great atmosphere, and I wanna thank the cashier who helped me while I was checking out. From the small talk, we had to check on a manga that I kept checking. I'm bad with names it was on Tuesday around 2 pm. Thank you for the help. Isaac C doesn't give this type of service that the other cashier did. On a separate day Issac helped me out and with no one in line I asked him if he could help me check if a book was available and he proceeded to tell me to go to the information area. He then proceeded to say that recently received an update that doesn't allow them to check for books through the cashier register. I just hoped Issac didn't lie about not being able to check. I also noticed that he covered his name with a piece of paper. Sure, he has a name tag, but why cover your name?

Barnes and Noble besides being the best place to buy a book they also have other things like trading cards, funko Pops, and other items. Did I mention that also have some of the best Customer Service, The employees at Barnes are Awesome and very helpful. If they had a tip jar at the register I'd always put some $ in there.

I don't like to see management putting down employees especially after I had a nice interaction purchasing a book....Yesterday I saw a cafe worker stop everything and follow a woman from behind the counter into the customer area. The woman grabbed what looked like a very large iced latte. I saw the very serious employee who seemed distressed hold it together to explain this was not her drink before she sat down to enjoy it.The lady and the worker walked back to the counter where the person who ordered it was standing angrily. He told the worker he wouldn't take the drink because the woman had a sip. The employee explained she still had her straw in her hand and didn't drink any of it.I then saw the store manager rush over from out of nowhere and force the employee to remake the drink. The employee expressed that he or she (I don't frequent this cafe) was very backed up and the drink was complicated. Manager ignored the overwhelmed barista insisting they remake the drink and telling the man "We'll remake it for you." I was embarrassed for them! This manager shamed her employee in front of everyone in the immediate area and then apologized to the drink thief and the rude man and held a long conversation with them like they were old friends.I watched this poor employee scrambling behind the counter as this occured. The lady who took the drink smiled all the way through it and the employee told her that her hot drink with her name on the cup would be next. The employee was so stressed they spilled another drink they were working on.After placing the drink on the counter to be snatched away I saw this employee dump out the first perfectly good drink into the sink...It was so sad to witness all of this.I'm sorry what on earth did the employee do wrong? Try to get an order to a customer? This is why I'll stick to Starbucks.Shame on you Barnes & Noble for how you overwork and treat your cafe team.

It's clean mostly. Gentle homeless people stay chill there. Staff is constantly rotating. Overpriced books and everything else. Starbucks inside. I mean, it's a book store what do you want?

Everything is way overpriced but mainly came here to say they should rename starbucks to just a cafe. The barista are nice but the drinks are horrible and never taste like if you went to any other Starbucks. My matcha late just tasted like milk so they’re skimping on the expensive ingredients to save money.

Cafe and store itself are great, but the men's restroom is always FILTHY. Graffitti, trash on the floor, feces smeared on the wall of one of the stalls and it really stinks! Looks like a gas station restroom. Management: please address this.

Not the experience it once was pre-pandemic. Have not been back for some time. Lots of magazines missing and looks like some of the tables are missing, so hard to find a seat to get some work done. Plenty of books though, so that makes up for it. This is a book store after all!

I love barnes and noble. I can spend hours there perusing the books. The only problem is I usually leave the store having spent about $100 each time I go!

B & N gets a five star rating for putting up with people like me who has to watch every dollar and often find the cheapest prices on line. If you have more resources—it’s better than ok to pay a little more for places like this! Please support our libraries. Lol

Personally I like this store with its variety of books. Not only that but this is a place where to buy gifts from. They also have toys and disc's. This place has almost any book you can think of. I suggest to go here.

I am still a fan of the printed word, so when it comes to books Barnes &Noble is the place to go. They have books on pretty much all subjects and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find me there 3 to 4 times a year.
