Barnes & Noble is a well-loved bookstore with a friendly and helpful staff. Customers praise the store for its clean and pleasant atmosphere, as well as its good selection of popular books, periodicals, DVDs, Blu-rays, and some board games. The staff are thorough and assist customers in making the best choices, often going above and beyond. The store offers a variety of items, including vinyl records, anime, poetry books, and snacks. While some find the decor a little worn, overall it provides a nice environment for browsing and shopping. Despite some concerns about declining customer service and limited staff, many still enjoy visiting for the variety and atmosphere that Barnes & Noble offers.
I love Barnes & Noble! I like that it is a nice space to hang out in and read books and that you can still get a cup of coffee and enjoy a little reading time somewhere. Thank you for still being a brick and mortar.

Huge selection of books with a coffee shop attached and lots of free parking. It's located right off the freeway for easy access. The staff although few in number were very friendly and helpful.

Got help getting a super tough to find item for my GFs birthday. Seriously thank you to Robert at the Ventura store, I called over the phone and he went above and beyond to help me.
