“The customer service I received after a mistake by an employee has boosted my review from 1 star to 5. A new employee scratched my watch pretty badly trying to open the case. However, the owner personally called me to apologize, has re-trained the employee and has covered the expense of the repair. Mistakes happen and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this location from my parents (which is why I came initially). Thank you for standing behind your services!”

“I went to two Auto Zones this morning. One was no longer opened, Google said it was still open. Went to another one and they didn't have their battery charger🤦🏾♀. So I went to O'Reilly's. They were so helpful and nice. The manager is the one who helped me this morning. I didn't catch her name. I know she was blonde.”
