“Our Sienna got a flat tire. There was no spare in the Sienna, we had to get a tow to ventura Toyota and was told initially that the tires couldn't be sourced. We bought one OEM tire, with a plan to get all four replaced to the preferred tire. We called a different day to make sure we couldn't get the specific tire sourced and Jason Shaw went above and beyond to find the four tires we wanted, include an alignment and all for a very competitive price. We are very happy with the service we receive at Ventura Toyota, and especially when we have someone like Jason who goes above and beyond to make things happen.”

“I was in a bind looking for a body shop opened on a Sunday. Scott answered and said he was about to leave and I told him my situation and he said ok I will wait for you. Got there and he was very professional and helped install my liftgate power strut right away. Had to pull down headliner to get to power wire. No problem for Scott. His price was very affordable as well. I definitely recommend Scott and in fact i am taking my other car in this week for him to fix a dented bumper!!”

collaborates with his customers . He listens to them and hears what they are concerned about and how they are FEELING. He is kind considerate and very professional. His turnover is amazing not only quick but when he fixes a car you cannot even tell there was any damage at all. “This dude was all around good dude. Needed a new windshield for my fiance. Asked make and model and I had a qoute withen 2 minutes over the phone. He was able to get it same day and also shoe up to my girls work and change out the glass for her in the parking lot. Easy and painless experience. Called around multiple shops that would of taken days to get windshield in and some were 30-200 dollars more in price for windshield amd install. Ill defienly be recommending to family, friends and co workers.”

“I was referred here by my auto insurance after an accident. I was contacted same day to schedule an appointment and the overall process was extremely easy. They work closely with Enterprise to assist with transportation between the shop and Enterprise. I received frequent updates via text on my car’s progress, and my car was ready on the day estimated. They even washed and vacuumed my car. My car turned out looking better than it did before! I would gladly take my car here again, but hopefully I won’t need to.”

“I just wanted to give a big shout out to Anthony for getting my truck dialed in and being a stand up guy all around.
I had a King 2.5 setup installed on my 3rd Gen Tundra from another shop, but really wasn't happy with the delivery and results. The experience was very impersonal, way too much preload was set on the front coils and I also had another part to install to correct the track bar. I was looking for a shop closer to home and found these guys.
After some scheduling issues Anthony stepped in and helped work around my crazy work schedule to get me taken care of. He was attentive and understood exactly what I was looking for after we discussed some measurements and additional parts. Upon delivery he also pointed out that the previous shop had not used extended thread lugs and he had replaced them all for me, which was huge. The other shop looked even worse and Anthony was the hero. My truck is looking amazing, driving great and I will be returning for more work in the future.”

Hank carefully analyzed the damage, worked with cheaper OEM part suppliers to give me an estimate that was afforable (vs value of car).
