Only problem was 40 Lbs of air put in RF tire which I corrected at home. Overall I’ve always been very happy with Associated!”

“Customer service is friendly as always, I just wish the service on my truck didn’t take to long. I had an 8 AM appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation service, and they did not finish until 10:30 AM. I’ve had the service done many times, and it usually takes about an hour and a half, so I guess they were extra busy this day. I’ve purchased two trucks from Ventura Toyota, and I’m sure I’ll purchase my next one there too.”

“Hank run's a great one map shop. My lexus had severe front end damage. Hank carefully analyzed the damage, worked with cheaper OEM part suppliers to give me an estimate that was afforable (vs value of car). He even glued together a slightly damaged plastic casing to save me money on a expensive part. Hank is thorough - six months later we have no complaints with his work. Thank you Hank!”

Answered phone quickly, offered quick next day appointment, finished job on time reattaching bumper bracket for very reasonable price. Total 2-3 days from call to pickup. So cool. Also, I had asked for estimate to repair a rust spot. They declined to do the work because it would cost too much and take much time. Appreciated the honesty.”

“Concur Motors, the place that gives service like you are actually at Mercedes or BMW, if not better. This is an honest real time review of a woman who really needed her 2019 BMW fixed after a rock slammed into the back of my exhaust (whoops!)My car was smelling strange, I brought it in. And what I can say about what I liked, was the comitment to the time frame to fix your car for one. But the biggest thing is the spectacular service I got from Sochie, and the rest of the crew, (and the shuttle they have to pick you up) was far beyond any dealership I have been to. They have hot coffee, and a very clean waiting room with TVs, magazines, (the only thing I would suggest is cookies! I know, I know, but that would be adding the last touches on an already well built business), its very clean, open, airy, and a cute jar for daily inspiration. They also keep you updated, with text and a direct data update, about your car. Service is A+++++ here. I am not sure if they are the cheapest place, but most places aren't for cars. I have had no problems with my car. My car was returned in 24hrs, fixed, they did additional work on it, and with a full tank of gas. I would also add, the final touches to make this place 6 stars would be to clean the cars out (detail carpet wise and insert their logo mats) and put in a thank you and a mint! But this is because I consult businesses for a living....overall, I highly recommend this dealership for any BMW needing work.”
