This is a nice clean quite hotel with pool, and a short walk to the beach. Everyone is very friendly and they have a wonderful breakfast included. The rates are very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Stayed here 07/30 to spend the day in Ventura. The front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating to get us early check-in. Dog friendly and located across from a park. Great views from the room. I would stay here again.

There was no hot water in the shower. We called the front desk and was told that likely all the rooms were going to be the same. I was disappointed.
