“Hank run's a great one map shop. My lexus had severe front end damage. Hank carefully analyzed the damage, worked with cheaper OEM part suppliers to give me an estimate that was afforable (vs value of car). He even glued together a slightly damaged plastic casing to save me money on a expensive part. Hank is thorough - six months later we have no complaints with his work. Thank you Hank!”

“First things first, the front desk staff is veru helpful, in terms of work, theu made sure you are getting updated on the progress of their repair, easy to talk to, knowledgeable staff, explainwd everything they did, what they repaired and replaced, also pretty quick turn around. You can also leave your rental in their shop and they tale care of returning it!. And to top that off the even washed my car and wiped the inside! *thumbs up* for the caliber collision team in ventura! Highly recommended!”

While I had gone to other businesses for estimates, the individual who had scratched my car recommended Ocean Body Shop and I am so glad they did! Antonio is wonderful. He worked with me to ensure my car was taken care of and fixed back to its original condition, when it was convenient for me. He went above and beyond to buff out other scratches on my car (unrelated to the initial incident) and explain exactly what steps he took to fix my car. “Luis and Jose did a great job repairing some rust damage at the upper edge of the windshield opening on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. Upon removing the windshield Jose went ahead and completed further rust repair along the sides of the windshield opening on the A-pillars while staying within the original estimate range that we had originally agreed upon. They also resprayed the hood due to excessive rock chips and botched touch-up work. Great customer service, expert workmanship, and excellent value. I'm glad to have met Luis at a local car show which has now led to my new go-to auto body and paint shop in Ventura.”

The paint on my 2009 Honda CRV was shot, but since my mechanic said I still had at least 80,000 more miles left in my car I decided to get several quotes to paint my car. The quotes from shops in Santa Barbara seemed high, so I drove to Ventura and got a quote from Maaco. Their quote was significantly less money and they worked with me to fix a few dents as well. At the last minute, I added getting my headlight cleaned and they look fabulous. I am delighted how terrific my car looks.”

“I appreciate the man i spoke to on the phone, even though i called just to ask about a quote on fixing my paint on my car he suggested i tell the dealer that i bought my car from to fix it. He said he’d be glad to take my money but he isnt a fake person and suggested another route although he didnt have to. He sent me a picture of what to say if they rejected fixing my car. I thought that was sweet!! Anyone that rejects work for a honest opinion is a good person.”
