Hank carefully analyzed the damage, worked with cheaper OEM part suppliers to give me an estimate that was afforable (vs value of car). He even glued together a slightly damaged plastic casing to save me money on a expensive part. Hank is thorough - six months later we have no complaints with his work. Thank you Hank!”

Answered phone quickly, offered quick next day appointment, finished job on time reattaching bumper bracket for very reasonable price. Total 2-3 days from call to pickup. So cool. Also, I had asked for estimate to repair a rust spot. They declined to do the work because it would cost too much and take much time. Appreciated the honesty.”

“We were referred to Hub Auto Body by our trusted auto mechanic after a car accident that caused extensive damage to my 2005 Lexus 430 SC . Tom, the owner, appreciated how fond I am of this "soon to be classic " car and how , under established insurance standards, it could easily be declared totalled because of loan to value ratios. He worked diligently to identify parts from multiple vendors and kept his labor charges reasonable so that the car would not be totaled.During that time he communicated with me directly regarding the status of the repairs. It was obvious that he took as much pride in my car as I do. I just picked my car up and I was overwhelmed with the quality of his work . He blended the paint beautifully Lexus pearliced white, which is not an easy task. Tom is in the right business. He will love and take care of your car as much as you do!”

“I decided that my 33 year old Nissan needed TLC badly. I'd contemplated selling it many times over the years. Instead, I planned on giving it a makeover. I couldn't find anyplace that works on rust and/or working on an older vehicle. MAACO Ventura came highly recommended. I was very happy with to say that the gentlemen there were extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make my baby shine again. Being painted black, every dent would show. They made sure each dent was repaired prior to painting. “Could not be more pleased! Just picked up my sports car from Saticoy Auto Body and it looks wonderful. I am rather picky about the appearance of our cars and keep them clean and tidy. Turns out Saticoy Auto Body is also rather picky about doing great work. I had heard great things about them from friends who show their antique cars, so I wondered whether they would even consider working on a humble Mazda. I looked around the shop and it was full of classic collectibles. When I came to pick up the car (on the date promised), I found it sitting out in the bright sunlight, looking shiny and beautiful. Perfect, in fact. I figured that it would be perfect, since they had it sitting out in bright sunlight that would reveal any possible blemish. And it stood the test well. This family business rates top in my book!”

“My wife and I had planned to meet at Center Glass, the business next door. We each independently thought the parking area between the two buildings was for the Center Glass, based on appearances. After we each had parked in the in-between lot and were walking away from Buena Vista, a young dude ran out from Buena Vista and told us that the parking belonged to the Buena Vista Body Shop. He was very nice about it. We each moved our cars onto the street. I recommend that the two businesses cooperate to post signs indicating who owns the parking area in question. The guy was very nice about it, thus the 5 stars. His excellent approach to the situation will probably lead me to consider them first next time I need a body shop, a situation that does not happen often.”
