“This farmers market is elite Saturday morning energy. Open year-round, rain or shine, right on Main Street between S Palm St & Figueroa St. It’s officially part of my weekly ritual.
Fresh produce? Always hits. Flowers? Stunning every time. Vendors? So friendly. It’s the kind of place you come to stroll and leave with a full tote and very happy.
Also… the food court deserves its own moment. Artisan bakery goods, fresh juice, and tamales. Do yourself a favor and stand in line, it’s worth the wait.
Heads up: no pets due to health department regulations. Easy to walk, great vibes, occasional live music, and feels very Ventura in the best way.”

It was strawberry season, and from the road, the strawberries looked absolutely stunning—bright, plump, and inviting. I told my friends about it, who were eager to stop, and we decided to come back the next day to purchase a box of their fresh berries.
The ladies who assisted us both days were incredibly friendly and helpful. The artichokes, berries, and citrus fruits were all delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly high quality. According to their website, Rodela Produce offers fruits and vegetables that come directly from local farms, ensuring freshness and premium quality.
A quick note from their site: while they emphasize local sourcing, they do mention that certain fruits like bananas, mangos, apples, and pineapples are not local. Still, the quality of their produce is evident, and it’s a great spot to pick up healthy, fresh options.
