They have a strong focus on fresh produce, healthier ingredients, and natural foods, but the store still feels accessible and not overly expensive like some specialty markets.

One of the hidden gems here is the deli counter. The sandwiches are a great deal at $4.99. I had the turkey on multigrain with all the works and added provolone cheese for $1, which really put it over the top. It ended up being a fantastic sandwich for the price. When you compare that to what many sandwich shops charge these days, it’s a serious bargain.

I also picked up some cashew butter for dessert, which was a really good way to finish things off.

Overall this is a great place to shop if you’re trying to eat a little healthier without breaking the bank. Ventura is lucky to have this Sprouts.”

“I love this store! They have a lot of gluten free and organic products. They actually carry a lot of kefir and fermented foods as well. I love that most of the produce is organic and grown in california. They actually have better prices than Sprouts or Whole Foods for most of these items. The thing I love the most is that the produce is mostly not in plastic. As someone who's gluten free and trying to limit plastic, this store is wonderful! Also, the Lassen's brand of kombucha is now my favorite.”
