As long as you aren't expecting a Hilton, this is good for the price. Close to beach and town. Noisy outdoor sounds, gap under the door, and I didn't like the smell of the cleaner used. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were clean and updated. Simple amenities. Staff were really nice. And the location is unbeatable!

Room was okay. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work, had sound but no picture. Also, wifi didn't work. 😮💨 the Staff on the other hand where really nice and pleasant.
