He also always makes sure to ask if there’s anything else he should take a look at which is great cause sometimes I forget to mention stuff. Anyhow I trust Kevin with all of my cars! “Me and my dad were riding the 33 when he had a flat. We coasted down into town and this was the first tire shop in town. Roy said he didn’t have the proper means to change motorcycle tires but we were capable to do it. I ran into town and brought a tire back to my dad and Roy let us use some tools and lent a hand with putting the tire on. It was pretty smooth and Roy and his crew were good about helping us. If I lived in the area I’d do business with them more often.”

“I needed two new tires from my driver side and someone I know recommended this place. My passenger side tires are relatively new but the drivers side was in ROUGH shape. I popped over and had two new tires and they switched the tires around so both the news ones were in the front and had me on my way within 20 minutes. The tires were beyond reasonably priced and they were super sweet and didn’t try to up charge me or convince me to get anything else done. Which I feel as a woman can be something we deal with and worry about usually, at least in my experience. I’ve gotten tires from several places around town and it sucked but I will be going back here and would recommend them. Ten stars.”

“Everyone who helped me was kind and happy to answer all of my questions. My only feedback would be the following: if both lanes are occupied and someone pulls up, they should be directed to the lane that would be done soonest. This didn’t happen for me and someone who came after me got helped before me. Also, they forgot to reset my censor. Other than that, it was super fast and the employees were all helpful. I will get all of my oil changes here.”

“Free inspection! In Santa Barbara it was going to be $250 just to look at and diagnose my car. I am so glad I came here. It’s clean, it’s professional and it’s a totally legit garage. I hope my car is fixable. I will add to the review as I find out more and depending on what work I have done.
After the initial inspection, I decided to shell out 200 bucks to have them look at the inside of the engine and found out that the engine needs to be replaced. Thank goodness I did that first instead of fixing the brake booster. I’m very pleased with the service that I had there”

Hays went out of their way to get me the information they had. He could have easily told me there was nothing they could provide me. I believe that kind of service deserves praise.”
