Went in last minute Feb 7th, needed help with my phone and service, Julie helped me, not realizing they were closing - it didn’t matter to her and the staff they stayed and helped me until I got what I needed. We need more customer service like this in Ventura, thank you Julie

I just left the Ventura store because the sales rep was ripping me off. He said my phone couldn't be traded in, tried to say I needed $10/m for HBO and $17/m insurance and wanted me to pay over $100/m total for a new iphone. So I told him to print out the quote and I immediately drove to Oxnard. The Oxnard store was very helpful and knew about a trade-in that would take any iphone in any condition.

If I could give this place o stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague. Nothing but issues from the moment I stepped in. Lots of false talk and phone issues. Do yourself a favor and try another carrier.

All I needed was a screen protector. I checked in and waited, no one greeted me or asked what I needed. Tons of employees sitting around on tablets not helping or assisting with clients that were waiting. Terrible customer service.

I found out that not all Verizon stores are truly vetyizon affiliates. This one is andctherefore more skilled at troubleshooting

I unfortunately agreed to tryout Verizon internet when a woman came door-to- door. I was offered it free to try out or return if not satisfied. It did not work with my mesh system so I returned it to the Ventura Verizon Store on Mills. I was told there was no balance due but the receipt could not be printed. I them received a bill. I went back to the store. Again was told I had no balance due. I them received another bill. Calling Verizon was no help. I am very sorry I ever started doing any business with Verizon!

Jenni was extremely helpful while we were there to set up international plan. Once in Mexico spent 30 minutes trying to contact Verizon as our phone was not working for calls or texting or roaming. After spending 2 1/2hours on phone messaging, we were able to make and receive calls and message. We will be going back on to get this whole situation resolved. Not happy at all

I went in one day to renew a discount.Checked in, waited about 30 minutes, and was helped. I didn't have an appointment, so I understood the wait. The employee was helpful and friendly, and got me taken care of. Went in two days later with my wife to upgrade our phones, and purchase smart watches. Checked in, was advised there was a 25-35 minute wait. Totally get it, okay. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, we couldn't do it anymore and left. The employees walk around aimlessly, despite customers waiting inside the store. It's absolutely frustrating. There is ZERO sense of urgency at this place. Your time is worth nothing. Be prepared to wait. Or, take your business elsewhere, like we did. Wish I checked the reviews before heading here, as this appears to be a common theme at this specific location.

Absolutely terrible wait times for a pickup. Literally took an hour to pick up a sim card. Employees walking around without actually being helpful. Who manages this location? Probably worst service in the history of any cell phone store I've ever been to.

A huge mistake trying to find a dedicated employee during lunchtime,phones alarms of associates denoting their lunches which are apparently time sensitive compared to needs of customer service.
