Exhausting experience. Trying to figure out what i was going to pay took over 3 hours. The process felt like water tourture. Hard to explain. Staff friendly but deceptive due to corporate stance. Hopefully I don't need to deal with them for another 3 years.

Went in to have my flip 4 screen saver replaced because dirt was getting up under the fold. Salesman said it couldn't be removed because it would ruin the phone. I just removed it myself and the phone is fine. Sorry no new sale for you! Have been a long time repeat customer but rethinking that for my next purchase.
